sunsetliving.co is operated by 4Corporate LLC under the Sunset Living trade name. A signed engagement, when there is one, is a separate document.
Using the site
The pages explain who Sunset Living helps and how a move to Panama is coordinated. They are general, current as of September 2026, and written so you can decide whether a call is worth your time. Requirements, fees, and procedures change.
Fees
Fees are flat and agreed before any work starts. We explain them on the free call. Government fees are separate and described before you engage. Nothing on this site is an invoice.
The call and the filing
Booking a call or sending the form does not create an engagement. Immigration filings, when required, are handled by 4Corporate Law.
SMS Communications
Sunset Living is a brand of 4Corporate LLC. By providing your contact information and consenting to receive communications from Sunset Living, you may receive SMS messages from Sunset Living and/or 4Corporate LLC regarding appointments, inquiries, requested services, service updates, and, where applicable, marketing and promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Privacy
Sunset Living, a brand of 4Corporate LLC, may use your mobile number to send communications consistent with the consent you provide.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to operate our communications and services.
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
