Condos, hospitals, restaurants, banking, and Tocumen airport. Useful when you want doctors, dining, and a short flight home within reach. Neighborhoods clients ask about include Punta Pacífica, Costa del Este, Casco Viejo, and San Francisco.
The coast
Coronado, Pedasí, Bocas del Toro, Playa Blanca, and Santa Clara come up most often: ocean air, quieter mornings, and a drive back to the city when you want it.

On the call we map beach, city, or a mix to the pace you described. Housing introductions come after the residency path is clear, so you are not signing a lease to answer a visa question.
